Katie has called Broome home for the past six years and brings both local knowledge and genuine community connection to her role. With experience in property management and real estate sales, she understands the importance of clear communication, reliability and building long-term relationships based on trust.

Before returning to real estate, Katie worked in childcare, strengthening her ability to connect with people from all walks of life with patience, empathy and warmth. As a mum to her four-year-old son, she understands the importance of feeling secure and supported in your home and investment decisions.

What do you do for fun?

I love staying active and making the most of our beautiful outdoor lifestyle. Dancing, swimming at the beach and spending time outdoors are some of my favourite ways to recharge — and staying active helps me show up as a more present, energetic mum as well.

What do you most like to do to unwind?

You’ll often see me running around Broome, usually in pink! Running is my reset. It keeps me grounded, focused and energised.

I genuinely love connecting with new people and building meaningful relationships. Supporting clients through important decisions and creating long-term relationships built on trust is what motivates me every day.
