Janice Schult

We are very pleased to welcome to our Derby team, Janice Shult.

Janice has been in the Real Estate industry for 30 years.  Her career started in the sales arena and had a short stine working in Commercial and Strata Management.

Moving into Residential Property Management, Janice's 20-year career has provided her with a broad knowledge and
extensive experience in the industry.  Owning several investment properties throughout the years, Janice appreciates and fully understands the complexities of managing a property and understands her Landlords' concerns when discussing each situation that comes up in property ownership.

She values building strong relationships with her clients and thrives on problem-solving.  Janice focuses on quality tenant placement and management to ensure peace of mind for her Landlords and has very strong communication skills.

Outside of work Janice loves to cook and read to relax and spend quality time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.
